One of the best ways to eat your veggies is to drink them! This morning my smoothie had pears, cucumbers, celery, spinach, and kale along with my protein powder, flax & chia seeds, and bee pollen. Absolutely delicious and nutritious.
So glad to be back home and drinking my smoothies again. This morning I put peaches, bananas, chard, spinach, goji berries, maca powder, spirulina, protein powder, and milk in my smoothie!
