Are you stealing from yourself? Are you slowly killing yourself? Are you destroying your own life?
I’m asking these questions because I really want you to take time to think about it. I want you to actually answer the questions instead of just blowing them off.
Jesus tells us,
The thief comes only in order to steal, kill and destroy; I have come so that they may have life, life in its fullest measure. John 10:10
I’m sure you know where I’m going with this.
Are you stealing days, weeks, months or years with your lack of self-control? Are you slowly killing yourself with your knife and fork? Are you destroying your self-confidence every time you look in the mirror?
Have you settled for barely surviving when you could be thriving?
This blog isn’t about what size pants you wear. It’s a quality of life question.
Let me ask the question another way. Are you living life to it’s fullest or merely surviving until Jesus comes back?
Your best life doesn’t just happen. You make it happen. Or, you don’t.
It’s that simple.
