Have you ever noticed that most casseroles have a “cream of (fill in the blank) soup” in the recipe? Now, I’ve learned how to make my own sauce to take it’s place but even that that’s adding quite a lot fat and calories to each meal.

On my search for a way to make wise food choices AND get away from processed foods, I’ve run across this Turkey & Wild Rice Casserole from Whole Foods  that I’m going to try tonight….
